“Grigore Antipa” Romanian National Museum of Natural History is one of the oldest research institutions in the field of biodiversity and public education. It is in the same time one of the well known and highly appreciated “databases” due to the Museum’s collections, some of them valuable assets of the worldwide thesaurus.

Summer (April 1 – October 31)

Tuesday – Sunday 10:00 -20:00

Winter (November 1 –March 31)

Tuesday / Friday 10:00-18:00

Saturday / Sunday 10:00-19:00

MUSEUM VISIT FEES

Full ticket: 20 lei

Senior citizens: 10 lei

Pupils and students: 5 lei

Euro 26 cardholders up to 30 years of age: 50% discount (with valid ID cards)

Students and young people holding ISIC and IYTC cards receive a 75% rate reduction and teachers holding ITIC cards receive a 50% reduction (with valid cards).

The museum offers the possibility to rent an audio guide. Price: 12 lei/person, available in: Romanian, English, French and German.
