I’m a person still discovering oneself, searching for the authenticity, for the meaning of life, for the “core” events; a person believing people aren’t happy because they don’t want to, not because they can’t be.
I like the residential areas (Cotroceni, Primaverii, Tei); some nice places like tea houses.
I hate the town-planning, architectural chaos, the pollution, the garbage, the dust in the streets, the dirty buses, the feeling that living in Bucharest is a punishment and not a blessing; I hate the pastry and pretzel shops because they are a sign of poverty, the hypocrisy of the vendors and of the waiters, the feeling that you always have to be cautious, otherwise you are somehow being cheated.
FOOD: Mystic Tree- for the excellent food, creatively prepared; for the interior design, the common sense, the refinement.
