Kinodiseea is the first children's international film festival held in Bucharest Romania after 1989.

The festival' goal is to reveal the cultural heritage of other countries through the films they produce, to show the children (at the workshops) how an idea becomes a film, to attract as many children as possible to a celebration of quality films.
