"Dear friends, we are back from vacation overdosed with energy and great moods and we are glad to announce you that GrooveON is reshaped and transformed from a static studio into a mobile one. Therefore, during the following sunny months The Summer Studio location will be at Baraka terrace, Herastrau Park.
On Friday May 10, 2013 we’ll be pleased to see you all coming at Baraka to celebrate with us our new mobile concept. The launching party starts at 10 PM with our newest team member Adnana Sun. The very special guests for this evening are coming from US, Dave Owen and Calculon. Later, the oldest GrooveON team members UFe and Jo.E, will bring the so familiar tropical-afro-grooves until the night ends with RotoPerCutoR (Borac and Batz) the other two artists who joined our team."

San Diego based Rubik Records' label boss and globe-trotting DJ extraordinaire, Calculon is one of the most important names on the electronic music scene. He started dj'ing 15 years ago with hip hop and downtempo and now plays electronic music, mainly drum and bass, footwork jungle, juke & bass. Not only he has gigs everywhere, from Hawaii to Athens, including his biggest achievement in London, at Fabric, he also runs a high-quality label called Rubik Records and also produces music for other labels such as Smog, Do Androids Dance, Loose Squares & Hot Mom USA.
In the fall of 2012, he started a massive European Tour with his friend Dave Owen and dropped beats worldwide. This year they began their musical campaign in the beginning of May and as they call it, The Champaign Campaign will be ON also in Romania, in Bucharest, in an open air location by the courtesy of Groove On Radio Show.

With an ear for jazzy samples and expressive vocals, he continues to produce infectious tracks that are being picked up by some huge names. Over the past few years, Dave Owen has risen to become one of the most highly sought after drum-n-bass producers in the United States. His soulful sensibilities have caught the attention of the genre’s upper echelon including LTJ Bukem, Fabio, Grooverider, John B, and several others. He has tracks released on LTJ's Good Looking Records, Marky's Innerground Recordings, Creative Source, Jazzsticks Recordings, Prestige Music, Fokuz Recordings, Think Deep Recordings, Rad Summer and on Calculon's Rubik Records.
