"I have chosen the human body as a formal vs. a conceptual aspect, considering that it is archetypal, a matrix. For this purpose I have searched the psychic expression of the urban reality, the social transformation of the human body. (…) The portraits in Geometry of Fear have behind them histories of fear, pain, helplessness.
